Rosevale Estates is a premium collection of lakeside homesites in West Kelowna. Buyers first select a lot, then have the option to choose from a group of preferred builders selected by the developer. As a result, the brand needed to clearly communicate that these were lots rather than finished homes, while still feeling calm, high quality, and closely tied to the natural setting.
I led the visual identity and rollout, developing the logo, colour palette, lifestyle imagery, and a full suite of sales materials. Deep, soft teals drawn from the tones of Okanagan Lake ground the brand in its setting, while considered typography and a subtle curved wave detail in the wordmark introduce movement and ease. Printed collateral incorporated restrained gold foil accents to elevate the tactile experience without feeling overly polished.
To support the sales journey, the brochure system was structured with a clear step by step overview alongside individual handouts for each preferred builder. This approach helped simplify a custom build process and made the path to purchase easier for buyers to understand.
Across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints, the brand presents a cohesive and confident presence that supports both launch and on site sales.
