The Challenge
Rosevale Estates, a premium collection of lakeside homesites in West Kelowna, required a brand system that reflected a standard of quality while managing a custom build sales process. The challenge was to provide a visual identity that clearly communicated a land only offering while maintaining an elevated sense of prestige and natural connection.

The Strategy
I led the visual identity and rollout, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to support development milestones and site specific signage. I developed a brand system using deep soft teals and restrained gold foil accents to create a tactile experience that resonates with premium buyers. To support the sales journey, I structured a brochure system and coordinated print production for individual builder handouts, ensuring a consistent language across the full sales journey.
