Crafting a brand shaped by modern Kelowna living.

Client: Millennial Developments
Role: Designer
Deliverables: Visual Identity, Full Marketing System, Campaign, Spacial Design
Agency: Ace Project Marketing
Revo Kelowna brings a more intentional take on attainable urban living. Building on the success of Five Crossings, Millennial Developments needed a brand that felt more refined and more lifestyle driven.
On this project, I collaborated with the Creative Director to develop the visual identity, brand guidelines, and all sales materials, including the brochure, handouts, and presentation centre environment. The system balances deeper tones and copper accents with generous white space, keeping the brand clean, contemporary, and elevated.
Because smaller homes rely on lifestyle to carry the story, the collateral highlights the purpose driven amenities that define Revo, from work lounges and fitness areas to social and outdoor spaces. Across digital and physical touchpoints, the brand was designed to feel clear, cohesive, and easy to understand, contributing to Revo Kelowna’s website receiving a national Canadian Home Builders’ Association award for Best Website.
