The Challenge
Building on the success of the developer’s previous smart communities, Revo Kelowna required an elevated brand system to appeal to a demographic of wellness focused new homeowners. The project needed to maintain a unified visual identity while introducing high utility vision to the market.
The Strategy
Collaborating with the Creative Director, I delivered a brand identity that reflects an approachable yet elevated vision. The system balances deep tones with thoughtful whitespace to signal a premium market shift. I ensured consistent application across all collateral, focusing on the wellness inspired rooftop amenities to elevate the project’s visual storytelling. My role included close collaboration on launch assets and specialty print production to meet demanding milestones.
The Result
The design led approach created a cohesive brand, securing a national CHBA award for Best Website and establishing Revo as the new standard for aspirational living.
