Five Crossings was one of Kelowna’s first smart living communities and Millennial Developments’ first Smart Community, designed for first time buyers and young professionals navigating rising rents and limited ownership options. The challenge was to position compact, efficient homes as intentional and attainable, rather than compromised.
I led the visual identity and presentation centre design, creating a modern, energetic system that clarified complex information and reframed small space living as a smart lifestyle choice. This approach extended across environmental graphics, sales materials, and a transit led campaign including bus wraps, transit shelters, and benches, designed to meet students and young professionals within their daily routines. The message Ditch your landlord. Cut your commute short. Own your space. reinforced ownership near UBCO as practical and within reach.
The clear, design led positioning generated over 500 Unit Selection Forms for the 207 unit development and resulted in a complete sell out during a two day launch. Cohesive branding across all touchpoints supported strong market visibility and sustained momentum through launch.
