The Challenge
As a key phase in Kelowna’s urban densification, Five Crossings required a contemporary brand system to position efficient, attainable homes as an intentional lifestyle choice. The challenge was to bring fresh energy to the micro suite concept and differentiate the development within a competitive market, requiring efficient solutions for pre sales and phased marketing rollouts.

The Strategy
I led the development of the visual identity and presentation centre environment, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure a unified system across all touchpoints. We prioritized a high volume of amenity renderings to help buyers envision themselves living in the social spaces. My support for rapid development milestones included close vendor coordination for a transit led campaign, featuring bus wraps and shelter graphics that resonated with the target demographic.
