The Challenge
Collina is a six storey, 177 home community in Kelowna’s Midtown district designed for first time buyers and young professionals who want practical amenities, welcoming design, and easy access to recreation. The brand needed to feel familiar, friendly, and grounded in everyday living to resonate with a demographic looking for a sense of community.
The Strategy
I led the development of the visual identity and full marketing system, working alongside the marketing team to design a framework that could scale across sales collateral, campaign materials, and the presentation centre. The system prioritises clarity and approachability, ensuring information is easy to navigate while maintaining a consistent and recognisable visual language across all touchpoints. I also designed a suite of digital ads to drive launch awareness, ensuring the brand’s warm aesthetic translated effectively to high performance web and social platforms. Every element was designed with real world use in mind, aligning the brand with how people actually live and move through the sales experience.
The Result
The result is a warm and accessible identity that supports a strong market presence without overstatement. By creating a grounded and relatable brand, the project successfully connected with its target audience and provided a clear and welcoming path to homeownership.
